So its been a couple days since i posted last, let me catch yall up. She has been doing wonderful the last couple of days and the doctor is pleased with her recovery but it looks like she will be recovering for a while longer. She has her good and bad days, feeling wonderful in the morning and then through out the day she starts to feel bad, its an up and down hill climb. The last day and a half she has been doing really well but today when i saw her for a little while she was in intense pain. The doctor said that was normal but he was going to give her some different medicine and demands she rest, get good sleep and be left alone. He said she will be in the hospital at least another day or two, do to the pain, tom. she will get to see the scar for the first time and finally get some new bandages and maybe even get to wash her hair
(she cant wait)!!!!! Other then that she is in her own room and resting trying to be good so she can get out!!!

  1. Patty...Oh..it's raining!
That maybe a sign that God does answer prayer. I know that He knows, "the things of the heart", but, I think He would like for us to get down on our knees every now and then. Not for our benefit, but to honor Him with our serious petitions. And, the last time I looked...Cancer was in that category!...Just to let You know, there are some hairy legged ol (old) cowboys, that continue to lift You and Kenneth, and family up in prayer.
I'm not sure, but I'll bet Coker had alot to do with this blog..Kudos Coker.
And when it gets tuff, share it.
Its alot like happiness..it just works better when we do.
    May God Bless,,lt

  3. Rest Patty. Running around the halls is great when you haven't had BRAIN SURGERY! Gee Louise! Kick back, take it easy and heal. Remember that the Lord rested and you need to as well.
Sending Prayers, Positive Thoughts and lots and lots of love.
    Linda
